Parents/carers are welcome to visit the school before any formal referral is made.


STEP 1

Referral is sent to school by local authority.  SBM and Head teacher review the referral paperwork to check for placement suitability at the school.


STEP 2

Parents to visit the school.


STEP 3

Student visit to the school.


The process will not move to the next step if the school does not feel the referral is a suitable match.

At the end of this process it is the local authority who agree the placement at the school.
